The private homestead "Rosi Karpat" is located 800 m from the Lviv-Rakhiv-Mukacheve highway, 1 km from the center of the village Mykulychyn. The ski resort Bukovel is 22 km away. The private homestead "Rosi Karpat" is a two-story house accommodating up to 12 people (2 double rooms and 2 triple rooms, plus a sofa bed). There is also a kitchen-dining room with a TV, electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave. For the convenience of guests, there is autonomous heating and 2 boilers of 100 l each. The territory includes a sauna, gazebo, barbecue, swing, and café-shop. Nearby, there is a river and a summer terrace. Meals can be ordered upon request (Ukrainian cuisine, Hutsul dishes). The private homestead "Rosi Karpat" is located 11 km from the Yaremche bus station and 3.1 km from the Mykulychyn railway station.
Children up to 5 years old stay for free. An extra bed is available upon agreement.
By train to Ivano-Frankivsk, then by minibus. By car via the N-09 highway to the village Mykulychyn. In the village, cross the new bridge and turn left. Drive to the private homestead for about 800 m (on the left side of the road).
The private homestead has a kitchen for self-cooking, and there is a café-shop nearby, and meals can also be ordered.
