Villa "Khutir Falchi" Mykulychyn

Villa "Khutir Falchi" is located in the village of Mykulychyn, 900 m from the village center, 700 m from the Lviv–Rakhiv–Mukacheve highway, and 25 km to the Bukovel ski resort. The homestead is situated on the banks of the Prut River. There is a forest nearby. Convenient access via a dirt road.

• Two-story cottage consisting of 2 "Villa" rooms (each accommodates 6 people + 2 children under 4 years, with a separate entrance). Each "Villa" has a kitchen-living room on the first floor (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink; folding corner sofa, table with chairs, TV); bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine). On the second floor - 2 double rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe; one room has a balcony and a table with chairs); bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). In each "Villa," there is an additional sleeping place - a folding sofa in one room. Each room has a separate entrance from the outside.
• Two-story cottage with 4 rooms (8 places). On the first floor - terrace (table with benches), living room (dining table, folding sofa, TV), kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, sink, dishes), double room (double bed, dresser), bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink). On the second floor - 3 double rooms (each with a double bed, dresser), bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink). The cottage is rented out completely.
• Heating: autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly. The territory has a terrace, barbecue, children's playground. Breakfasts are available upon request. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen. The nearest shop and cafe are 700 m away.
• Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels (2 per person) - as needed.

The surroundings offer excellent conditions for skiing and hiking. Ski equipment can be stored in a specially designated room.

The distance from the "Khutir Falchi" complex to the Bukovel resort is 26 km, and to the city of Yaremche – 10 km. The nearest airport is located in Ivano-Frankivsk, 70 km from the accommodation.
