The three-story cottage is located 100 m from the new road to Bukovel. Nearby, there are shops, a pharmacy, 2 ski equipment rental points, and a souvenir market. The homestead is always accessible, as it is located just a few dozen meters from the Ivano-Frankivsk - Uzhhorod highway.
On the territory of the hotel "Hostynnyy Pereval" there is the main three-story building, a separate cottage, and a parking lot. On the first floor of the main building, there is a restaurant-dining room, a sauna, a laundry room, a drying room for clothes and shoes, and one of the rooms. The second and third floors are residential.
In the separate cottage, the residential rooms are located on the second floor. The first floor has a tub and a relaxation room. From the territory, the windows of the building and the cottage offer stunning views of the mountains. The "Koza" lift in Mykulychyn is visible. From the Mykulychyn Pass, which is 50-100 m away, you can see the Hoverla, Petros mountains, and others. It is easy to reach Bukovel (8 km), Dragobrat (via Yasinya 8-10 km), and Yaremche - about 20 km from the homestead "Hostynnyy Pereval". It is convenient to stop here for a one-day ascent to Hoverla via the "long route" through Kozmeshchyk, which is 12 km away.
The rooms inside are decorated with unpainted pine boards, so there is a very pleasant smell of natural wood in the rooms. In the main building of the hotel, tourists are offered rooms on the second and third floors. On the second floor, there are double and triple rooms. All rooms have bathrooms. For the economy room, the bathroom is on the 1st floor. On the third floor, there are double rooms with and without a shower cabin. In the cottage on the second floor, there is a triple room and a double room with the possibility of an extra bed (2+1). The rooms are equipped with TVs, refrigerators, necessary furniture, and a balcony. The bathroom is shared between two rooms.
Two meals a day are offered. Lunches and dinners can also be ordered separately from the menu. Dishes of Ukrainian and Transcarpathian cuisine are made from homemade products.
There is a barbecue stove where you can also cook roast, barbecue, etc.
If coming from the side of Yaremche - turn right at the sign for the homestead when climbing to the Mykulychyn Pass.
