Homestead "Hostynny Dvir" is a two-story house with 20-22 beds offering mountain views, located in the village of Izky in the Zakarpattia region, 700 m from the village center, near the Volovets–Mizhhirya highway, 2.2 km to the ski lifts of the "Izky" complex, 7 km to the ski lifts in the village of Pylypets, and 23 km to Slavske. Guests have access to barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and free private parking on site. The territory features a fountain, gazebo, barbecue area, and swing. Nearby are a river and a forest. The nearest café is 2.2 km away, and a shop is 50 m away.

Some rooms offer views of the garden or the city. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels.

  • Heating: autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - 3 boilers of 100 l each.
  • Room cleaning, linen and towel change (1 per person) - as needed.
  • Meals twice a day - from 70 UAH. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian dishes. Guests can also cook their own meals in the kitchen.
In the vicinity, you can actively spend your leisure time, including skiing, hiking, and cycling. The village of Polyana is located 30 km from the homestead "Hostynny Dvir", and the village of Pylypets is 3.8 km away. Free private parking is available on the hotel grounds (no prior reservation needed).
You can reach us by trains heading to Uzhhorod to the station Volovets, then by bus (except on Saturdays and Sundays) or taxi to the village of Izky. Alternatively, by car - via the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway (M-06), turn towards the town of Volovets at the village of Nyzhni Vorota. In Volovets, at the roundabout, turn towards Mizhhirya, drive to the village of Izky. Drive approximately 2 km from the beginning of the village, the homestead is located on the right side of the road.
