Homestead "Kazka" in the village of Mykulychyn, located 2 km from the center, 500 m from the main road Lviv-Mukachevo. The village has several ski lifts, the nearest one is 700 m away, and 11 km to the ski resort "Bukovel". The road has a dirt surface (200 meters to the homestead is accessible only for all-wheel drive vehicles). The nearest café and shop are 500 m away. Parking is available (100 m from the homestead). Neighbors have a sauna.

Two-story house (8 rooms). On the first floor - 2 junior suites (each with a double bed, clothes hanger, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), a triple room (double bed, folding chair, wardrobe, TV), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). In the junior suites, an extra bed is possible - a folding chair. On the second floor - 5 double rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV), 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink and shower; toilet, sink). The floor has a separate entrance.
Two-story cottage (3 rooms). On the first floor - dining room (dining tables, TV), junior suite. On the second floor (separate entrance) - 2 junior suites. Each room has a double bed, clothes hanger, TV, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). One room has an extra bed - a folding sofa.
Autonomous water heating, cold (spring) water constantly, hot - boiler for 420 l.
Meals - half board (two meals) - 150-200 UAH. Ukrainian cuisine, Hutsul dishes. You can cook your own food in the kitchen.
Room cleaning - once every 3 days, change of bed linen and towels (1 per person) - once every 5 days.

You can reach us by bus Ivano-Frankivsk–Mykulychyn (–Rakhiv) to the village of Mykulychyn. Get off near the guest house "Lyube", then turn into the street next to the hotel and walk 500 m to the homestead. By car, the road to Mykulychyn from Ivano-Frankivsk via the Lviv-Mukachevo highway (H-09), at the beginning of the village behind the hotel "Lyube" turn into the street on the right and drive 500 m to the homestead, which is located on the hill to the right of the road.
