The three-story homestead "Lisova Pisnya" with 5 rooms (10-16 places) is located on the outskirts of Mykulychyn, near springs No. 25-26, the health and wellness complex "Zelenyi Bir", in the direction of the exit to "Tustan". The territory of the homestead covers 25 acres of land, and the house area is 270 sq.m. We offer our guests 5 rooms of different categories with private bathrooms, a children's room for convenience and comfort, a fireplace hall, a relaxation terrace, and a sauna. In the yard, there is a barbecue, a gazebo, and a pond for fishing. By visiting here, you enter a fairy-tale atmosphere of childhood, where incredibly beautiful and melodious nature brings everything around to life. Your vacation will undoubtedly be unforgettable and filled with many pleasant impressions. Nearby, the hosts also offer a luxury cottage "FOREST HOUSE EXCLUSIVE" for 4 adults and 2 children’s places also on Taras Shevchenko Street, No. 190b.

On the first floor - sauna, dining room (dining tables).
On the second floor - double economy (2 single beds, wardrobe, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), suite (living room - sofa bed, wardrobe, TV; bedroom - double bed, dresser; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), suite with fireplace (living room - soft furniture, fireplace, TV; bedroom - double bed, wardrobe; children's room - sofa bed; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).
On the third floor - living room with fireplace (soft furniture), children's playroom, 2 standards (each has a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, balcony; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).
Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
Use of washing machine. Use of iron and ironing board, hairdryer (in each room).
Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels (3 per person) - once every 3 days.

Three meals a day in the dining room - 230 UAH for adults, 150 UAH for children under 12 years. The nearest store is 300 m away, the restaurant is 1 km away.
Transfer by car to the homestead from the bus station in the village of Mykulychyn. Transfer to the homestead from Lviv, Drohobych, Truskavets.
Sauna on firewood for up to 6 people - 300 UAH. Sports and entertainment: hiking in the mountains, mushroom and berry picking, fishing in the pond (perch, roach, crucian carp). In the petting zoo, there are storks and mandarin ducks.

From Lviv, take a bus from the main railway station (departing every hour). Another option is to take an electric train Lviv—Truskavets from the suburban station, from Truskavets - a bus to Mykulychyn. Then - by taxi. By car - to the village of Mykulychyn through the cities of Drohobych, Truskavets. In the village, drive along the central street (T. Shevchenko St.) to the end of the village, then near the sign "Villa "Yuran" turn right and go up about 10 m to the cottage.
