Homestead "Chotyry Sezony" Izky

The private homestead "Chotyry Sezony" is located in the resort village of Izky, at the foot of Mount Mahura, in one of the cleanest regions of Ukraine. Guests can stay in a spacious three-story chalet-style house with cozy single and double rooms (9 rooms), featuring a kitchen with a bar counter, a dining area, all amenities, a terrace with a table, and a balcony. Additionally, guests are offered a wooden cottage for 6 people. This style symbolizes simplicity, coziness, and warmth; it is practical yet beautiful.

Surrounded by mountain peaks, meadows, a river, walking trails, picnic spots, springs, berries, mushrooms, and valuable medicinal herbs. The territory of the homestead includes a gazebo, a barbecue area, parking space, and swings. From every window, your eyes will be delighted by the smoky mountains, mighty pines and spruces, clear skies, and occasional traces of human life.

• Guests can stay in a cozy homestead with 9 rooms. There are single and double rooms equipped with everything necessary for relaxation: a double or single wide bed, nightstands, and other furniture, a television. The bathrooms have a shower, sink, toilet, and towel dryer. Hot and cold water is available 24/7 (there is a boiler for hot water).
• The rooms are decorated with eco-friendly natural materials (wood, linen, etc.) and equipped with a private bathroom (hot and cold water). Drinking water flows to the estate from a higher located natural spring. All rooms have televisions, satellite TV, and internet. Some of them have a balcony.
• Meals can be ordered from the homestead owners: one meal – 50 UAH, two meals – 100 UAH, three meals – 150 UAH.
• There is also a kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, sink, bar counter, and dishes. A separate dining area with a fireplace is available.

Free services: parking, gazebo, barbecue area, swings.

Sports and entertainment: skiing, snowboarding, sledding at the Izky ski resort, a Russian bath nearby, and in summer, you can soar into the sky with a paraglider. Excursions can be ordered, and you can visit the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.

You can reach the resort by public transport by train towards Uzhhorod to the Volovets station, and then to the Izky resort by taxi or bus. Alternatively, you can drive to the Izky resort via the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway, turning towards Mizhhirya after the village of Nyzhni Vorota, and from there, it’s just a short distance to the village of Izky.
