Cottage "Nad stavom" is located in the village of Izky. Guests have access to a cottage for 6-8 people with a balcony in each room. The house has 2 rooms for 2 persons and one room for 4 persons. On the first floor, there is a hall, a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking. In the separate bathroom: shower cabin, toilet, toiletries. On the second floor, there are rooms and a bathroom. There is a large terrace. On the territory, there is a barbecue and a pond where you can fish, wi-fi, parking for cars. Nearby, there are ski resorts. The lower station of the Pylypets Sky & Bike Park lift is 9 km from the cottage. The distance from the cottage "Nad stavom" to the nearest railway station "Huklyvyi" is 15 km, to the station "Volovets" - 20.4 km. The nearest bus station is located 19.8 km away (Volovets city).

The best way to get there is by train to the "Huklyvyi" station, from there it is 15 km by car, or by taxi to the cottage. By train: Lviv - Volovets (towards Uzhhorod); then Volovets - Izky by taxi or car (20.4 km) By car: (E50/M-06) Kyiv - Lviv - Chop to Nyzhni Vorota, turn left onto T0718 to Volovets.
