On the hotel grounds, there are: 7 wooden cottages, a modern mini-hotel with 3 rooms, a café, a sauna, 2 trout fishing lakes, carp, crucian carp, a farm (goats, cows, chickens, rabbits, ducks), a stable with 7 horses, a children's playground and playroom, a game room with tennis and billiards, a crafts workshop (pottery, wood carving, blacksmithing), equipment rental (mountain bikes, archery, paintball, mountain and cross-country skis, snowboards, skates, sticks, snowshoes), a 280 m ski lift, a rope town for climbing training.

The hotel "Karpaty Polonyny" is located 5 km from the village of Oriv at the top of the mountain, surrounded by beech and coniferous forests. Guests are offered accommodation in 7 wooden cottages, a guest house with 4 cozy rooms. Guests have access to a restaurant where they can order dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. The territory has Wi-Fi, 2 lakes, a children's playground, and a playroom. For active leisure enthusiasts, there is a game room with tennis and billiards, a stable with horses and ponies, paintball, equipment rental (archery, mountain and cross-country skis, snowboards, skates, sticks, snowshoes), and excursions, with service costs to be clarified at the time of booking. For an additional fee, you can visit the crafts workshop (master classes in pottery, wood carving, blacksmithing, wood burning, and carpentry, doll-making, bead weaving, origami), a massage room (classic, cupping, honey, chocolate). The territory has a sauna (use for an additional fee) and gazebos with barbecues (firewood is paid). By prior arrangement, paid accommodation with pets is possible - allowed only in cottages. The hotel "Karpaty Polonyny" is located 14.8 km from the railway station in Truskavets and 25 km from the bus station in Drohobych.

Children under 7 years stay for free. The cost of an extra bed should be clarified at the time of booking.

The easiest way to get there is by train to the station in Stryi, Lviv region, or Truskavets. You can get to Lviv and then take a minibus to the village of Oriv or to the stop of Nyzhniya Stynava (25 km from Stryi). The remaining distance (climb up the mountain) can be covered by local transport on a mountain forest road, which can only be traversed by a four-wheel-drive vehicle.

On the hotel grounds, there is a restaurant where you can order a set meal or menu meals. There is no kitchen for self-cooking.
