Homestead "Lukacha" Zhdeniyevo

Homestead "Lukacha" is a wooden one-story house for 8 guests, located in a quiet area of the village Zhdeniyevo, just 10 meters from the Zhdeniyevka River. Guests have access to barbecue facilities and ski equipment rental. The distance to the ski lift is 4 km. The minimum booking period for the New Year and May holidays is 4 days. THE PRICE of the houses is indicated based on accommodation for 2 persons, with an additional charge of + 100 UAH for each extra guest.

Homestead "Lukacha" is located in the center of the village Pashkivtsi, 4 km from the village Zhdeniyevo, near the forest and river. It offers a wooden one-story house for 8 guests and a one-story house for 4 sleeping places. Each house is equipped with satellite TV and a kitchen with all necessary utensils for self-catering. Additionally, meals can be ordered by prior arrangement. The territory of the homestead "Lukacha" features a barbecue area and free parking. Room cleaning, towel and bed linen changes are included in the accommodation price and are carried out as needed and upon request. For an additional fee, guests can order a wood-fired bath (700 UAH per day, broom - 30 UAH), rent ski equipment or a bicycle (150 UAH per day).

• Each house has a kitchen and a TV with satellite channels. Some of them have a tiled stove. All houses are provided with bed linen and bath towels.
• Bedroom (double and single beds, TV, wardrobe), living room (double and single beds, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, armchair, wood stove), fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). There is a terrace with furniture at the entrance to the house.
• One-story house for 4 guests. Bedroom (4 single beds that can be moved, TV, wardrobe), kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator), separate bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). There is a veranda for relaxation at the entrance to the house, and in the yard - a garden and a barbecue area.
• Heating: autonomous water (wood), electric. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly, boiler for 100 liters.
• Check-in: from 12:00 - 13:00. Check-out: until 11:00 - 12:00.
• Meals can be ordered at the homestead by prior arrangement.

In the green surroundings of the homestead "Lukacha", guests can enjoy fishing and cycling. The property offers free bicycle rental.

Our house in the mountains is the perfect place to enjoy the enchanting Carpathian nature, walk along mountain trails, listen to the continuous song of mountain rivers, admire the boundless starry night sky, relax in the Carpathian bath, walk barefoot in the morning dew, inhale the aromas of freshly cut mountain herbs, catch mountain fish and grill it in a large gazebo for 20 people while sharing impressions of the day that has passed. The homestead is located at the intersection of tourist trails to the mountains Polonyna Runa, Pikuy, Hostra, Rusky Put.

On the Kyiv - Lviv - Chop highway, turn towards Zhdeniyevo after the village Nyzhni Voryta. Drive 4 km to the village Pashkivtsi.
