Homestead "Lis i Hory"

The cottage complex "Homestead Lis i Hory" is located in a quiet picturesque corner in the village of Polyanytsia, surrounded by ancient spruces at the foot of Mount Khomyak.

5 km from the homestead is the largest ski resort in Ukraine, "Bukovel".

Homestead Lis i Hory guarantees a wonderful vacation for couples with children, as well as groups of friends or colleagues.

An important advantage is the close proximity to the forest and clean mountain air, with a wonderful view from the windows and terraces. The property is surrounded on three sides by the Carpathian National Nature Park. Stepping out of the yard, you can choose from several hiking trails through the ancient forest to streams, waterfalls, meadows, and Mount Khomyak.

The cottages are located on a hill and are away from the busy central road, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility and surrounding nature.

Guests of the Homestead "Lis i Hory" can choose from two cottages – a three-story one for 14 people and a two-story one for 8 people.

The cottages are rented out fully. Renting a house in Bukovel will be beneficial for one large group.

On the large green territory, there are 2 cottages made of natural logs, a gazebo with a barbecue, a bathhouse with a relaxation area, a children's playground, and parking (under video surveillance).

In summer, guests of the "Homestead Lis i Hory" can enjoy the heated outdoor pool.

A small bonus for vacationers is the possibility of accommodation in the hotel with their pets (by prior arrangement).

Accommodation

Two-story Chalet with 6 bedrooms (12 places + 1 extra).

• On the first floor - a fireplace hall (soft seating, TV), a kitchen with all necessary dishes and utensils (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, electric kettle), a dining room with a dining table.

2 double rooms (each with a large king-size bed, wardrobe, TV; 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink).

• On the second floor - a living room; 4 double rooms (each with a large king-size bed, dresser, TV; 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink). One room has an extra place - a single bed.

Three-story house with 6 rooms - Chalet (12 places + 2 extra)

• On the first floor - a fireplace hall (soft seating, TV), a dining room with dining tables.
• On the second floor - a living room with a children's area; 4 double rooms (each with a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink); bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). One room has an extra place - a single bed.
• On the third floor - 2 double rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, one room has an extra place - a single bed); shared bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink).

Two-story cottage with 3 rooms (6-8 places)

• On the first floor - a four-person room (double bed, 2 single beds, clothes rack, TV, kitchen corner - microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).
• On the second floor - a two-room suite (double bed, 2 single beds, clothes rack, one room has a TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).

Food

The cottages have their own kitchen and all necessary equipment and dishes for cooking. Food delivery can be ordered.

Infrastructure

Autonomous heating and water supply, uninterrupted power supply, stable Wi-Fi, satellite TV, laundry and ironing services, room cleaning.

At Homestead Lis i Hory, you can order a transfer to the airport or train station.

The pricing policy is flexible and depends on the number of people and the number of days of stay.

Discounts for long stays (more than 7 days) - 10%.
