The guest three-story homestead "Ertash" with 14 places is located in the Carpathians, at the foot of Mount Krasia - a well-known ski resort, near the lower station of the chairlift. The access road for the last 300 m is unpaved, and in winter, access for passenger cars is complicated. Guests have direct access to ski slopes and ski storage facilities. The nearest ski lift is 100 meters away. The property offers free parking, a garden, a gazebo, a barbecue area, and a river nearby. The nearest café is 100 m away, and the nearest shop is 300 m away.
Comfortable rooms are decorated in a country style and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bathrooms have showers.
- On the first floor - a spacious hall (soft corner, fireplace), double room. On the second floor - a spacious lobby with a soft corner, a dining room for 14 people (refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware, TV), 2 double rooms. On the third floor - 3 double rooms. All rooms have 2 single beds that can be pushed together, a dresser, a clothes hanger, a TV, and a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Two rooms have a sofa bed.
- Room Melisa - a cozy room located in a wooden house, on the first floor, has underfloor heating. Maximum occupancy 2 + 1, an additional place is provided with a folding chair. The room has a double bed, and if desired, it can be arranged with two single beds. The window view overlooks the southern slopes of the mountain range. At any time of the year, you can admire the beauty of the unique colors that nature generously shares.
- Room Chornytsia - a cozy room located in a wooden house, on the first floor. The room has underfloor heating. Maximum occupancy 2 + 1, an additional place is provided with a folding chair, and the room has a double bed, and if desired, it can be arranged with two single beds. The window view overlooks the northern slope of Mount Krasia, with a stream flowing nearby, its soothing whisper will add a special charm to your vacation.
- Room Zhovtyi Mak - a quiet two-story room located in a wooden house, on the second floor. Maximum occupancy 2 + 2, additional places are arranged on the second tier, accessed by stairs. The room has a double bed, and if desired, it can be arranged with two single beds. The window view overlooks the southern slopes of the mountain range. At any time of the year, you can enjoy picturesque views.
- Room Chervonyi Mak - the room is located in a wooden house, on the second floor. The room is two-story, maximum occupancy 2 + 2. The lower tier has a double bed, and the second tier has additional sleeping places. The window view overlooks the northern slope, with a stream flowing nearby, its whisper will add a special charm to your vacation.
- Polyanka (2-person with balcony) - a wonderful room with a balcony, quiet and very romantic, particularly cozy. The room is located on the second floor of the log house, designed for two. The room has a small bathroom.
- Room Liliia - a cozy room located in the basement. Maximum occupancy 2 + 1. The room has a double bed, and if desired, it can be arranged with two single beds. The window view overlooks the mountains, a beautiful landscape that will leave no one indifferent.
- Room cleaning, towel change (3 per person) and bedding - as needed.
- Check-in after 14:00. Check-out until 12:00.
- Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
- Breakfast is included in the price. Two or three meals - by arrangement. Homemade dairy products, vegetables, quail, herbal teas.
- Extra place with breakfast - 300 UAH.
- Ofuro (wooden tub, Japanese sauna) - 1500 UAH for 6 people for 3 hours.
- Nearby is a chair lift (2200 m) and a button lift with lighting (250 m). Ski rental is available.

Bicycle routes
- Uzhhorod-Nevytsky Castle – Polonyna Runa-Waterfall Voievodyn. Length: 150 km.
- v. Vyshka, v. Uzhok, turn to Pidpolozia, v. Husny, v. Roztoka, v. Liuta.
- Vyshka-Chornogolovo-Pereshyn from dmitry-khmara – 63.71 km – one way.
- Vyshka-Polonyna Runa-Pereshyn from dmitry-khmara 60.89 km – one way.
- Liutianska Holytsia. Start v. Liuta / Finish v. Liuta / 22 km. The road passes through a beech forest. Then the route stretches through picturesque glades. A very scenic route, the best view of Mount Hostra opens from the Liutianska route. And undoubtedly, the Polonyna Liutianska is very beautiful and bright at any time of the year. Blueberry fields, cranberry pillows, stones covered with moss, and space!
- Mount Cheremkha 1130 m. Start v. Lubnia / Finish v. Lubnia / 10 km. Initially a steep ascent, a break near the tourist shelter. A beautiful route, from the top there is a view of the panorama of the Polish Bieszczady, Vododilny Ridge, and the peaks of the Polonynas Hostra, Runa, Liutianska Holytsia. Archival sources indicate that nearly 700 soldiers from both armies died in the battles for Mount Cheremkha in the winter of 1914-1915.
- Zhornava – hr. Holopets (height 921M) – Tower (783m) – Kostryno. The goal is to photograph six or seven rock outcrops in the form of vertical, overturned slabs (2-5 meters). There are several good panoramas of Mount Krasia.
For guests' relaxation, the homestead "Ertash" provides a shared lounge. The distance to the Kostryno railway station is 10 km, and to Uzhhorod airport - 68 km.
Travel to Uzhhorod by plane, train, or bus, then take the Uzhhorod–Liuta or Uzhhorod–Vyshka (Krasia) bus to the village of Vyshka. In winter, during the ski season, buses run to Vyshka from the Uzhhorod railway station on weekends. For those driving from Lviv or through Lviv, the shortest route goes through Turka, but since it can be quite extreme (lots of snow in winter, very bumpy road in summer), we recommend getting there via Uzhhorod (Kyiv–Lviv–Chop route). From Uzhhorod - via R-39 to the village of Kostryna, where you turn right (near the crossing) following the sign to the village of Vyshka. In the village, turn according to the sign "Perlina Krasii". You may have to leave your car in the village and use a transfer.
