Homestead "Deryv'yana Khata" Verkhovyna

Homestead "Deryv'yana Khata" is located in the town of Verkhovyna, 1.5 km from the center, near the Chornyi Cheremosh River, forest, and Mount Mahurka (1024 m), one of the highest and most beautiful mountains in the Verkhovyna region.

The homestead has 7 rooms, with a total capacity of 20 people, a dining room, a lounge, and a large children's playground. The cottage can be rented entirely or for individual guests. There is a cozy wooden gazebo with a fireplace and a swing on the territory. Therefore, it is a great place for a vacation with children. The hosts of the guest house have a collection of vintage Hutsul clothing, and if desired, they can arrange a photo session for you. Homestead "Deryv'yana Khata" is perfect for a vacation with a large group of friends, family, or a loved one.

• Room 1 (3 beds, 2nd floor). A three-person wooden room, distinguished from the others by having 3 separate beds. The room also has a TV with satellite channels and necessary furniture. Facilities are on the floor. If needed, there is an option to add an extra bed. The room is very bright and spacious due to a large window, which offers a nice view of the mountains.
• Room 2 (3 beds, 2nd floor). A three-person room with one double bed, one single bed, and a TV. The room is very compact and comfortable, designed with wood. Facilities are on the floor. If needed, there is an option to add an extra bed. A feature of the room is the access to a balcony, where you can enjoy the incredible panorama of the mountains.
• Room 3 (2 beds, 2nd floor). A double wooden room with a large double bed. It is ideal for a couple or for lovers. The room is very spacious and bright, thanks to a large window. The room also has a TV and wooden designer furniture that perfectly complements the interior. If needed, there is an option to add an extra bed. Facilities are on the floor.
• Room 4 (3 beds, 2nd floor). A three-person room with one double bed, one single bed, and a TV. If needed, there is an option to add an extra bed. The room is very comfortable and bright, designed with wood. Facilities are on the floor. It is ideal for a couple with a child.
• Room 5 (2 beds, 2nd floor). A double wooden room with a large double bed. It is ideal for a couple or for lovers. A feature of the room is the balcony, where you can admire the incredible view of the mountains. The room also has a TV and wooden designer furniture that perfectly complements the interior. If needed, there is an option to add an extra bed. Facilities are on the floor.
• Room 6 (4 beds, 1st floor). A four-person room with one double bed and one bunk bed. The room also has a TV and a large wardrobe. Facilities are on the floor. A feature of the room is the large wooden bunk bed, making it perfect for a couple with children.
• Room 7 (2 beds, 1st floor) from 200 UAH per person. A double room with a large double bed, ideal for a couple or a family pair. There is also an option to add an extra bed. Facilities are on the floor.

You can get to Verkhovyna by bus or minibus from Ivano-Frankivsk, getting off in the center. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts. By car - via the N-09 highway through Ivano-Frankivsk to Tatariv. In the village of Tatariv, turn at the sign for Kosiv (R-24 road), and in Verkhovyna, drive along the main road. Pass the center of the settlement and turn right onto the bridge. Then turn into the first street on the right, drive about 1 km, and turn left. Drive another 100 m to the homestead on the left side of the road.
