The distance from the private homestead to the bus station and railway station in Volovets is 21 km. Several ski slopes with lifts and rental of necessary equipment are located 5 km from the homestead.

By train "Lviv - Volovets" (Uzhhorod direction), from the Volovets station, a transfer to the village of Izky can be ordered for an additional fee. By car, take the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (E40 / M-06) to Nyzhni Vorota, turn left to Volovets, and from Volovets it is 20 km to the village of Izky.
The house has a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking, as well as a mini-kitchen in the gazebo and a grill area.
