The private homestead "Edem" is located in a picturesque corner of Zakarpattia, in the village of Synyak, 250 m from the building of the sanatorium "Synyak". Guests are provided with a two-story residential house with modern renovations. The first floor features a kitchen (refrigerator, table with chairs, electric kettle, gas stove, and tableware). The second floor is equipped with two living rooms with plasma TVs, wardrobes, a balcony, and a bathroom. Hot and cold water is supplied around the clock. Room cleaning and linen change are provided upon request. Guests of the homestead "Edem" have access to the Internet, a gazebo with a barbecue in the yard, swings, and parking spaces for cars. The distance to Mukachevo is 25 km, to the railway station - 10 km. The nearest ski lift is 1 km away.

By public transport: to the station "Karpaty" or Mukachevo by any train towards Uzhhorod, or by electric train Lviv-Mukachevo, then take a minibus to the sanatorium "Synyak", or order a transfer from the hosts of the house. By car: along the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M-06) to the village of Karpaty, turn at the sign "Chynadiievo", then take the first turn to the right (near the bar "Snickers"). Drive towards the sanatorium "Synyak".
The homestead "Edem" has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
