The private homestead "Dacha" is located in Podobovets, at the foot of the Borzhava ridge and the Great Verkh mountain. 50 m from the homestead is a ski lift and a small training lift is 400 m away. For guest accommodation, there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms are in the house and one in the new building. The house has a shared kitchen for self-catering and a bathroom with a shower. In the new building, there is a triple room and a bathroom with a bathtub. The room is equipped with a double bed and a sofa with an orthopedic mattress, a flat-screen TV. There is no kitchen in the new building, but there is an electric stove, a kettle, and a refrigerator for cooking. Nearby, there is a café where meals can be ordered. There is parking space for a car in the yard. The homestead offers free Wi-Fi throughout the territory. Guests can also enjoy a gazebo with a barbecue, swings, and a horizontal bar in the yard. The distance from the private homestead "Dacha" to the railway station in Volovets is 12 km.

By car: enter Transcarpathia via the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M06 / E50); in the village of Nyzhni Voryta, turn left towards Volovets. In Volovets, at the roundabout, turn left and continue to the village of Podobovets (another 12 km). By train: take trains heading to Uzhhorod to reach the Volovets station. From the station, you can take a shuttle bus or a taxi, which frequently wait near the station.
