The cozy homestead "U Uliany" is located not far from the center of the village of Pylypets. Guests are offered accommodation in comfortable 2-, 3-, and 4-bed rooms, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The territory features a barbecue area and parking. At the homestead "U Uliany", interesting excursions can be organized for guests, and transfer services are available. The distance to the nearest ski lift is only 1.5 km.

Children up to 6 years old stay for free without an extra bed.

By public transport: take trains to Uzhhorod direction - to the station Volovets, then by bus (except on Saturdays and Sundays) or by taxi. By car - via the Kyiv - Lviv - Chop highway (E-50 / M-06), after the village of Nyzhni Voryta turn towards the village of Mizhhiria to the village of Pylypets. The cottage is located not far from the center of the village.

There is a kitchen for self-catering. Meals can be ordered for an additional fee.
