Cottage "Pid berezamy" is located in Pylypets, 3.5 km from the village center and 800 meters from the nearest ski lift. The cottage has two floors, on the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, wardrobe, television; kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, table) and bathroom. On the second floor, there are 4 double rooms with double or single beds. On the territory of the cottage "Pid berezamy" there is a gazebo, barbecue, swing. A grocery store is located 50 meters from the cottage. The distance to Ivano-Frankivsk is 148 km, to Lviv is 198 km.

By train in the Uzhhorod direction or by electric train Lviv-Mukacheve to the station Volovets, then by bus or taxi to the village Pylypets. By car via the "Kyiv-Lviv-Chop" highway (M-06).
