The private homestead "Ortus" is located in the village of Novoselytsia, 100 meters from the Svycha River in the Dolynskyi district. The homestead is a modern two-story house accommodating 10-12 people. On the first floor, there is a shared kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, gas stove) and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a hall with a soft corner, a TV, a table, chairs, and a sofa, as well as a bathroom. The rooms have double or single beds, as well as folding chairs. There is an option to order meals. On the territory of the homestead "Ortus", there is a private sauna, parking, and Wi-Fi. The distance to the city of Dolyna is 7.6 km, and to Ivano-Frankivsk is 69 km.
