Private homestead "Rosynka" is located in the picturesque village of Mykulychyn, surrounded by the Carpathian mountains. The homestead consists of a two-story wooden cottage for 12-13 people. Guests have access to a kitchen (usage by arrangement), two adjoining triple rooms, two quadruple rooms, and a shared bathroom on the floor. All rooms are equipped with necessary furniture for comfortable living and television. The cottage has a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle (usage is possible by prior arrangement with the owners and for an additional fee). Meals can be ordered from the hosts for an additional fee. On the territory of the homestead, there is a gazebo, barbecue, and firewood for a fee. The distance to the city of Ivano-Frankivsk is 70 km, and to the ski resort "Bukovel" is 20 km.

From Ivano-Frankivsk, take the N-09 highway to the village of Mykulychyn. Before reaching the center of the village, turn left onto Shkilna St. Before the bridge, turn right and proceed to the intersection, then turn left.
