The homestead consists of a two-story house, with a separate entrance to the second floor, which has four "semi-lux" rooms with amenities. On the territory of the homestead, there is a gazebo, barbecue, parking, and Wi-Fi access. Excursions to the mountains and horseback riding can be arranged.
