Private homestead "U Mishi ta Yaroslavy" is located at the beginning of the village Pylypets from the side of the town Volovets. The homestead is a two-storey house with three rooms. On the first floor of the homestead, there is a kitchen with all necessary appliances and dishes, a hallway, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are three double rooms for accommodation and a large hall with a sofa. The rooms are equipped with double beds, a wardrobe, a TV, and there is an option for additional accommodation. In the yard of the homestead "U Mishi ta Yaroslavy", there is a gazebo, a barbecue, and a swing. Transfer services are provided for guests if necessary. The nearest shop is located 800 meters from the homestead. The distance to the ski lifts of the "Pylypets" resort is 5 km, to the lifts in Podobovets - 3 km, and to Ivano-Frankivsk city - 148 km.

By train in the direction of Uzhhorod or by electric train "Lviv-Mukachevo" to the Volovets station, then by bus or taxi to the village Pylypets. By car via the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop road (M-06).
