The private homestead "Sunny house" is located in the village of Pylypets, 3 km from the village center and 2 km from the ski lift. It is a two-story cottage equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cottage has 5 rooms. On the first floor, there is a dining room for 10 people, a kitchen, and a double room with a bathroom. On the second floor, there are 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. Accommodation with pets is available upon prior arrangement. On the territory of the house, there is a barbecue (firewood for a fee) and parking for a car. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the cottage. Guests have the opportunity to cook independently in the equipped kitchen, and breakfast can be ordered. The nearest shop is located 100 m from the private house. Guests can order excursions in the mountains, horseback riding, and instructor services. The distance from the private house Sunny house to the Shypit waterfall is 2 km.
The cost of an additional place should be clarified when booking.
By public transport: any train heading to Uzhhorod or the electric train "Lviv - Mukachevo" to the station "Volovets", then by bus (except Saturday and Sunday) or by taxi. By car: along the "Kyiv - Lviv - Chop" highway (M-06) in the village of Nyzhni Vorota, turn towards Mizhhirya. In the village of Pylypets, turn at the sign "Under the waterfall" and drive approximately 2 km. The house is on the left side of the road.
Those staying have the opportunity to cook independently in the equipped shared kitchen. The nearest shop is located 100 m from the private house. Breakfast can also be ordered.
