The Cottage "Myslyvska Sadyba" is located in the village of Lumshory, 17 km from the Perchyn-Svalyava road, 1.5 km to the waterfalls. There is convenient access to the cottage - an asphalt road. The Cottage "Myslyvska Sadyba" includes 4 cottages, namely three two-storey panoramic cottages for 8 guests and one single-storey for 2 guests. The rooms have all the amenities. On the territory, there are gazebos with barbecues, nearby a river and a forest. There is also a café and a bar. The distance to the village of Polyana is 49 km, to Uzhhorod - 46 km.

Children of any age are allowed to stay. A baby cot is not provided.

On the territory of the cottage, there is a spa center and sauna for an additional fee.

By public transport, take trains to Uzhhorod direction to Uzhhorod station, then a minibus Uzhhorod-Lumshory (twice a day). If by car, take the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop road (M-06), in Svalyava turn to the village of Polyana, then follow the signs to Perchyn. Drive to the sign for Turyi Remety, turn left after the bridge, then drive along the main road into the village. The cottage is at the beginning of the village on the right side of the road.

On the territory of the homestead, there is a café and a bar.
