Cottage "Biia duba" is located 1.5 km from the center of the village on the plot of Zahalitsy. Nearby - a river, forest. The homestead consists of 2 two-storey cottages. Cottage No. 1: on the first floor - kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), living room (double bed, sofa, armchair, TV, table with chairs), bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, bidet); on the second floor - 3 rooms (double bed, TV, wardrobe), bathroom on the floor (toilet, sink). Cottage No. 2: on the first floor - kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), bathroom on the floor (shower, toilet, sink). In the yard, there is a gazebo, barbecue, sauna. Distance to the nearest ski lifts: TC "Bukovel" - 20 km, Yablunytsia - 16 km, Vorokhta - 15 km, Yaremche "Bahriivets" - 11 km.

By train to Ivano-Frankivsk, then by minibus, train Lviv-Rakhiv or diesel to the village of Mykulychyn. By car to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the H-09 highway to the village of Mykulychyn.
