The guest cottage complex "Pid Dubom" features a two-story house for 20 guests, 2 cottages for 6 guests each, gazebos, a barbecue area, and a summer pool. It is located in the forest in the town of Skole, just 50 meters from the Opir River. The house offers rooms with balconies and views of the river and surrounding mountains. Pets are not allowed in the cottage. Organized groups of up to 32 people are welcome. Pets are not allowed in the cottage. The nearest café is 2.5 km away, and the nearest shop is 2 km away.

The minimum rental period is 1 day. The minimum booking period for apartments during the New Year and May holidays is 3 days. The PRICE for the house for 20 people is based on accommodation for 10 people, with an additional charge of +150 UAH for each extra guest. The PRICE for apartments and bungalows for 6 people is based on accommodation for 4 people, with an additional charge of +90 UAH for each extra guest.

On the first floor - living room (sofa area, sofa bed, 2 folding chairs, TV, table with chairs), kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink). On the second floor - four-person room (double bed and bunk beds, wardrobe, dresser, TV, balcony), five-person room (double bed and bunk beds, sofa bed, wardrobe, dresser, TV, balcony), six-person room (double bed and single beds, bunk bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, dresser, TV, balcony), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
2 cottages (for 6 guests each): on the first floor - kitchen-living room (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, table with chairs, sofa, TV), 2 double rooms (each with a double bed, TV), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink, hairdryer).
Heating: electric convectors. Water supply: cold and hot water available constantly.

To get to Skole station, take any suburban train heading towards Uzhhorod, then take a taxi or minibus to Lviv to the village of Dubyna. By minibus - from Lviv from bus station No. 8 (near the railway station) to the village of Dubyna. By car - drive along the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway (M-06) to the village of Dubyna. In the village, turn left at the stone stop (towards the chapel). Pass the railway crossing and go straight to the cottage (on the right side of the road).
