We invite you to visit the sauna of the hotel "Praha" in Uzhhorod! Modern equipment combined with traditional cosmetic techniques will allow you to completely relax, restore your strength, and get a boost of energy! Visiting the sauna has long been a habit of the Transcarpathians – it is a source of pleasure and complete relaxation, as well as healing from many chronic diseases. It is important to follow the rules of sauna visits to ensure significant benefits from the procedure. The benefits of the steam room are undeniable – skin pore cleansing improves blood circulation and stimulates metabolic processes. When combined with sauna and cosmetic procedures, the effect of the latter increases – beneficial substances nourish tissues at a deep level, allowing for an impact on the causes of age-related changes. Alternating steam exposure and bathing in cold water or a pool provides excellent training for blood vessels and the heart. Regular sauna visits ensure good muscle training and improve metabolism. Excess water is expelled through the skin pores, along with swelling, slag, and toxins.

It is worth noting that even the type of brooms used is important. Birch and oak brooms combine massage and therapeutic effects – stroking, slapping, and other techniques enhance sweating, stimulate blood circulation, and increase the overall effectiveness of the procedure. Eucalyptus and linden brooms help relieve cold symptoms, treat migraines, and other headaches. The oak broom is suitable for oily and inflamed skin – it dries it, removes excess fat, and relaxes well. Brooms made from juniper branches treat joints and back pain. The cost (by prior arrangement) is 1000 UAH (for 2 hours). A flexible discount system and pleasant bonuses in the form of massages and other additional services are available for regular clients. Guests can enjoy the "sports bar" (open until 24:00), which always offers a wide selection of authentic Czech beer and other refreshing drinks.

Bathing in a tub filled with hydrogen sulfide water is one of the services offered by our Wellness Center. There are wonderful places to relax after the procedure – wooden gazebos in the cozy old oak forest. A great selection of grill menu and a variety of fresh juices, teas, uzvar, and other drinks will satisfy even the most discerning guest. The tub is a vessel shaped like a cauldron. Bathing in a tub has been used since ancient times – the ancient Celts who inhabited this region used this procedure to treat wounds and various diseases. The cast-iron tub is filled with cold mineral water, and a fire is lit underneath; gradually the water heats up to 35-40 degrees. The optimal water temperature in the tub is 40 degrees. Experienced tub operators can raise the temperature to 42 degrees and "cook" even unprepared people, providing them with the full healing power of the water. Bathing in the tub alternates with immersion in cold water nearby – the temperature difference has a rejuvenating effect on the skin and positively affects the overall condition of the human body. The cost (by prior arrangement) is 700.00 UAH (for 1 hour).

The reception desk of the Cottage Wood House operates around the clock. Guests have access to a terrace, bar, luggage storage, and a children's playground. Guests can park their cars for free in the complex's parking lot.
