Homestead "Beskid" in the village of Nyzhniy Studenyi is a four-story building with 12 rooms, located 100 m from the center of the village, 5 km from the Volochiv–Mizhhirya–Khust highway, and 4 km to the nearest ski lift. There is a shop on the territory.

On the first floor - a café for 25 seats, and on the second floor - a triple room (3 single beds, wardrobe, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), 3 double rooms (each has a double bed, wardrobe, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), a two-room suite (one room has a double bed, wardrobe, TV; the other - double bed, balcony, and bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).
On the third floor - a two-room quadruple room (one room has a double bed, wardrobe, TV; the other - 2 single beds, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), a double room (double bed, wardrobe, TV), a triple room (3 single beds, wardrobe, TV), separate bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet, sink).
On the fourth floor - 2 double rooms (each has 2 single beds, TV; one room has a balcony), bathroom (toilet, sink).
Room cleaning, bed linen and towel change (2 per person) - once every 3 days.
Heating: autonomous water heating. Water supply: cold and hot water available constantly.
In the house nearby, 2 two-room suites are available for rent (each has a double and a single bed in one room, wardrobe, TV, and in the other - double bed, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink). In the yard - a gazebo, barbecue, nearby there is a river, forest.
Breakfast is included in the price. In the café, menu available. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian dishes. By arrangement, you can cook your own food in the kitchen.
Sauna for 6 people with a relaxation room - 150 UAH per hour.
New Year's program - 600 UAH per person.
Table tennis, nearby there is a sports ground.

You can reach us by any train heading to Uzhhorod to the Volochiv station, then by bus (except Saturday and Sunday) to Nyzhniy Studenyi or by taxi. Or by car - along the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway (M-06), in the village of Nyzhni Voryta turn towards Volochiv, heading in the direction of Mizhhirya. After passing Pylypets, turn according to the sign to Nyzhniy Studenyi (to the left). Drive about 5 km, the homestead is located on the right side of the road.
