In response to the question of where to stay, Lumshory offers a small private complex of green tourism "Myslyvska Sadiba", located in the resort village of Lumshory in the Perechyn district of Transcarpathia, 17 km from the Perechyn-Svalyava highway, 27 km from the city of Perechyn, and 1.5 km to the waterfalls. The territory has three houses, which have five rooms, a "Russian" bath, and an outdoor swimming pool. Nearby is the restaurant "Kolyba", facilities for bathing in baths, and a pond.

• One-story cottage for 2 guests. In the cottage - double room (double bed, wardrobe, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink, washing machine). Heating: autonomous water. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.
• Two-story cottage for 9 guests. On the first floor - kitchen-living room with fireplace (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, necessary dishes, sink, dining table), double room (double bed, dresser, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, washing machine). On the second floor - a three-person room (double and single beds, dresser, TV), a four-person room (double and bunk beds, dresser, TV, balcony), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Heating: autonomous water. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.
• With a separate entrance, there is a duplex room in the cottage. On the first level, there is a kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, necessary dishes, sink, dining table), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). On the second level - double bed and single beds, dresser, TV, balcony. Heating: autonomous water. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.
• Room cleaning, linen change, towel change (1 per person) - once every 4 days.
• On weekends and holidays, reservations from 2-3 days.
• For New Year, rental from 5 days with mandatory ordering of the New Year's table in Kolyba.

In the Kolyba for 80 guests according to the menu. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian dishes. Cooking on the grill. In the Kolyba, it is possible to celebrate festive events, weddings, and corporate parties. There are gazebos with grills on the territory, nearby a river and a forest.

Own trout farm. Use of the gazebo and grill (for residents of the homestead). Pets are allowed - by prior arrangement.

Russian bath for 5 persons - 500 UAH for 2 hours and 5 health baths:

• 2 baths for 4-6 persons - 550 UAH for 1 hour;
• 1 bath for 10-12 persons (diameter 2.8 m - the largest in Transcarpathia) - 1000 UAH for 1 hour;
• 2 baths for 7-9 persons - 800 UAH for 1 hour.

Come to us by trains in the Uzhhorod direction to the station Uzhhorod, then by minibus Uzhhorod–Lumshory (twice a day). By car - along the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway (M-06), in the city of Svalyava turn to the village of Polyana, then follow the signs to Perechyn. Drive to the sign for Tur'yi Remety, turn left after the bridge. Continue along the main road to the village. The homestead is located at the beginning of the village on the right side of the road.
