Cottage "Moder House" is located in the resort village of Pylypets. A modern two-story house with 4 separate rooms, each equipped with bed linen and towels. There is a large balcony-terrace, a home theater, a television, and a hookah is available. Throughout the territory of the cottage, there is free WI-FI, private parking, a garage for a car, and a children's playground. Next to the cottage, there is a sauna, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and pavilions. The cottage has a cozy kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware. Ski, snowboard, sled, and equipment rentals are available, as well as quad bikes and snowmobiles. The nearest ski lift from the cottage "Moder House" is located 800 meters away. The bus stop is 2 km away, and the train station is 20 km away.
Additional places and accommodation for children are possible on existing sleeping places at no extra charge.
You can reach the cottage by trains heading to Uzhhorod — to the station Volovets, then by bus (except on Saturdays and Sundays) or by taxi. By car - via the Kyiv - Lviv - Chop road (E-50/M-06), turn at the village of Nyzhni Vorota towards Mizhhirshchyna, then to the village of Pylypets following the signs.
The cottage has a dining room, meals are available from the menu. Nearby, there is a supermarket and shops.
