Homestead "Khutoryanka" is located on the outskirts of the village Tukhlya, 1.5 km from Slavske. Guests can enjoy a three-story homestead on the banks of the Opir River. There are double and triple one-room accommodations with a private bathroom and a TV, as well as a spacious two-room suite that can accommodate 5 people. The homestead offers Wi-Fi access zones. On the first floor, there is a cozy dining room with a mini-bar. Various events for up to 30 people can be held. For an additional fee, guests can cook independently in the equipped kitchen. Guests of homestead "Khutoryanka" have access to a relaxation room with a wood-fired sauna and a swimming pool (4m x 2.5m). The territory has parking with convenient access, a gazebo, and a barbecue area. By prior arrangement, paid excursions to Mount Trostyan, the Shypit Waterfall, Truskavets, and thermal waters in Kosino can be organized. The homestead is located 17 km from the turnoff of the Stryi-Slavske highway. The nearest ski lift "Politekhnika" is 1.5 km from the homestead, Mount Pohar is 4.5 km away, and Trostyan is 6 km away.
