You can reach us by train or bus to Chernivtsi, then take a bus from the bus station to Vyzhnytsia (daily route, on schedule). By car - via the Chernivtsi - Vyzhnytsia - Verkhovyna (R-62) to the center of Vyzhnytsia. Follow the signs for the "Kremenitsa" base for about 3 km. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.
