Homestead "Smerekova Khata" welcomes guests in two log cottages - a two-storey cottage with 5 rooms (15 places) and a cottage with 3 rooms (9 places). The homestead "Smerekova Khata" is located in the village of Vyshka, near Mount Krasia - a well-known ski resort, 1.5 km from the "Krasia" chairlift, 60 km from the city of Uzhhorod. The nearest café is 300 m away, and the store is 50 m away. The territory features a gazebo, barbecue, and swing. The cottages have autonomous water heating, cold water is available constantly, hot water - 2 boilers of 100 l each, and uninterrupted power supply.
- Cottage for 5 rooms (15 places): on the first floor - kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink), living room with fireplace (dining tables, TV), triple room (double and single beds, clothes rack, table with chairs), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). On the second floor - double room (2 single beds, clothes rack, table with chairs), triple room (3 single beds, clothes rack, table with chairs, TV), family room (double and single beds, clothes rack, table with chairs, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), quadruple room (double and 2 single beds, table with chairs, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), with access to the balcony (table with chairs).
- Cottage for 9 places: on the first floor - mini-kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink), living room with sofa and bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms: in two rooms there is 1 single bed and one double bed, in the 3rd room - 3 single beds.
- Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels (2 per person) - once every 4 days.
- Prepayment is mandatory (30% of the total cost).
- Meals are available twice a day - by arrangement. The hosts have their own meat and dairy products, mushrooms, and homemade preserves.
Use of the barbecue (+1 bundle of firewood for the barbecue). Pets are allowed. There is a place for drying skis and clothes. Use of washing machine, iron, hairdryer.
Rental of ski equipment, instructor services. Transportation services (car). Children's playground. Hiking in the mountains, mushroom and berry picking, horseback riding, fishing.
To get to Uzhhorod by train, plane, or bus, then take the Uzhhorod–Lyuta or Uzhhorod–Krasia bus to the village of Vyshka. In winter, during the ski season, buses run to Vyshka from the Uzhhorod railway station on weekends. By car - for those coming from Lviv or through Lviv, the shortest route goes through Turka, but since it can be quite extreme (lots of snow in winter), we recommend getting to Uzhhorod (international route Kyiv–Lviv–Chop), and then - route R-39 to the village of Kostryno, where you need to turn right at the crossing to the village of Vyshka. In the village, drive to the café "Kandahar". You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.
