Villa "Zhasmin" opened its doors to guests in 2007. It is located a 10-minute walk from the center (mineral water pump №1), near the railway station, supermarket "Kolibris" and several shopping houses. The new 4-story building has 13 rooms (23 beds), a sauna with a mini-pool, and a treatment room. Consultations with a doctor for mineral water intake and treatment prescriptions are available. Main treatments are conducted at Villa "Zhasmin" (ozocerite applications, vacuum massage, electro-physiotherapy, detox therapy). If desired, patients can go for treatment at HOSPITAL №1, "Med-kilim", sanatorium "Truskavets".

Villa "Zhasmin" is located in the central part of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the central mineral water pump. The accommodation consists of 13 rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, TV, and refrigerator. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, private parking under video surveillance, laundry (paid services), and a barbecue (firewood for a fee). Clients can use a shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove, and electric kettle, or visit the restaurant, which offers dishes from Ukrainian cuisine. The hotel has a medical center - paid services, list to be specified. Hotel guests can visit the wellness spa center - usage for an additional fee. Villa "Zhasmin" is located 400 meters from the railway station and 3 km from the bus station.
