The private homestead "Soymy" is located in the very center of the Carpathians (village Soymy) surrounded by mountains, 20 km from the "Synevyr" lake. Its convenient location near the road allows easy access to the accommodation and visiting the notable tourist attractions of Transcarpathia - the Shypit waterfall, Mount Hymba. The private homestead "Soymy" is a two-story wooden cottage that can accommodate up to 5 guests at the same time. The house is well-furnished and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: double and single beds, a flat-screen TV, wardrobes, a private bathroom, and free wi-fi. On the territory of the cottage, there is a souvenir shop, gazebos with a grill (firewood is paid), and a café where guests can order dishes of Transcarpathian cuisine. Laundry services are available for a fee. Accommodation with small pets is possible only by prior arrangement with the hotel; conditions and costs should be clarified. By prior arrangement, paid transfer services can be provided. The nearest railway station, Mizhhirya, is located 5 km from the cottage, and the bus station in Zhdaniv is 58.7 km away.

The nearest railway station is located 30 km away (Volovets station). From there, you can take a regular bus or a minibus. The homestead is located on the main road.
