Apartment "DeMar Apart Dune" is a modern apartment located in the centre of Lviv, at 9 Petra Doroshenka St. Guests are offered stylish apartments of various sizes, designed in a modern style, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms feature comfortable sleeping places, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a table, a wardrobe, and a clothes hanger, an iron, and an ironing board. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, dining area, and washing machine. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, towels, toiletries, and underfloor heating. For guests' convenience, early check-in and late check-out are available (by prior arrangement). Due to its advantageous location, guests can reach Rynok Square, Lviv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, the historic city centre, numerous museums, restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres on foot. The distance from "DeMar Apart Dune" to the centre of Lviv is 1.7 km, to the bus station - 6.1 km, and to the railway station - 1.6 km.

Children under 2 years old can stay for free without providing a separate sleeping place. For children aged 2 and older, the standard rate applies, as for an adult guest. The maximum number of guests in each apartment is determined by the chosen category: Dune 1 — up to 6 guests; Dune 2 — up to 4 guests; Dune 3 — up to 2 guests. Baby cots and extra beds are not provided.

From the Main Railway Station, the apartments can be reached in 10–15 minutes by car or taxi. Trams No. 1, No. 9, and No. 10 also run to the stop "Doroshenka Street", from where it is just a few minutes' walk to the apartments.

Each apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen, where everything necessary for self-cooking is available. Nearby the apartments, there are many cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores where guests can order meals or buy products for self-cooking.
