Cottage "Tykhyi Kutok" is located in the village of Izky. The complex consists of 3 cottages in the Carpathians, which can accommodate up to 16 guests. Each cottage has its own yard. The houses are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, a TV, a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, stove or multicooker, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Free Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the territory. There is a tub and a pond on the premises where you can fish for trout. Nearby, there are three mini-markets, and within a radius of 3-7 km, there are several restaurants and a hut serving Transcarpathian cuisine. Due to its convenient location, tourist attractions are not far away: the Shypit waterfall and the chairlift to Mount Hymba (7 km), Synevyr Lake, and the bear rehabilitation center (60 km).
The distance from the cottage "Tykhyi Kutok" to the railway station of the village of Volovets is 17.9 km, and to the bus station is 2 km.

You can reach the railway station "Volovets" by train (18 km from the cottages), then you can take a minibus or order a transfer service. By car, drive along the TO718 highway (Nyzhni Vorota-Volovets-Izky-Soymy). There is a dirt road in excellent condition 80 meters from the entrance to the territory, so any height vehicle can pass.
The cottages are equipped with a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking.
