The wine house "Guest Homestead of the Polychka Family" is located on the outskirts of Vynogradiv in the Zakarpattia region, on the southwestern slope of Chorna Hora, whose forest massif is a state reserve, while gardens and vineyards grow on the lower slopes. The state highway Khust-Beregovo runs 100 m from the house. A multi-profile sanatorium "Teplitsa" with thermal waters is located 1 km away. The wine house offers wine tasting. The grapes used for the drinks are grown in the vineyards of the southern part of Shalanky Mountain in the Vynogradiv district. Geographically, the area is at the level of Tokaj Mountain in Hungary.

On the land of the "Wine House", a collection vineyard has been established and is bearing fruit, which includes over 250 varieties of table and technical grapes collected from around the world. Wine production takes place in the cellar located in the "Wine House". The temperature is maintained at 14-16 °C year-round. In the cellar, you can learn about the technology of wine aging and storage. The first floor features a tasting room, where a fireplace burns during tastings, and the history of viticulture and winemaking comes alive under the cheerful gaze of the god of winemaking, Bacchus. Adjacent to the room is a covered terrace entwined with many varieties of grapes, where in the cool shade of the vine, you can hold a glass of wine, taste fresh grapes, and ponder the Eternal. During the flowering period of acacia and linden, the air is thick and fragrant, birds sing around, and pheasants stroll and call to each other. At sunset, the call of a male roe deer can be heard from the nearby thicket. Beekeeping products from apiaries located on Chorna Hora are fully available. Guests have free access to the garden and vineyard. From July to December, table grapes, including medicinal ones – Agat Donsky, ripen continuously on the vines.

All rooms are equipped with a television, and some have a seating area. Some rooms offer views of the mountains or the garden. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower.

  • Junior Suite - Suite with a wonderful view. Guests have access to satellite television.
  • Standard Suite - Suite with a seating area. Guests have access to a sofa.

The distance from the "Vynnyy Dim Polychka" guest house to the city of Mukachevo is 40 km, and to the city of Satu Mare - 42 km. Free private parking is available on site (reservation is required).

Tasting Room

  • The signature wine of the wine house is the ordinary dry wine "Cabernet Sauvignon". The vineyard of this variety is over 50 years old, with bushes having a large reserve of hard wood, thus the wine has a high content of tannins, antioxidants, trace elements, and sugar. Made using red technology of infusion, it has a subtle pastel aroma, is astringent, and has good aging properties.
  • "Leanka Korolivska (Feteasca)" – a dry white wine with a light muscat and fruity aroma. It is used in wine therapy for nervous stress, diabetes, and intestinal diseases.
  • "Aromatic Traminer". This is used to produce wine with aromas of rose, nutmeg, and exotic fruits with a reduced level of acidity. After fermenting the juice of this variety "dry", we obtain the branded wine "Promenyste". By fortifying fresh grape juice with food alcohol, we obtain the branded dessert wine "Troianada Zakarpattia".
  • "Riesling Rheinhessen". From this variety, we obtain a white dry wine with a delicate elegant aroma and a hint of lemon. From the "Chardonnay" grape, a white dry wine with a strong aroma of fresh plum butter, hazelnut, and toasted bread is produced. Aged in oak barrels, it stores and ages well.
  • From the "Merlot" grape, red wine is produced with a fruity taste and aroma, dominated by notes of black currant and plum. From the "Lidiya" variety, dry and semi-sweet rosé wine with a bright aroma of fresh strawberries is produced.
