Homestead "Hutsulskyi Dvir" is located in the village of Mykulychyn in the hamlet of Usti-1, 3 km from the village center, 700 m from the Verkhovyna - Kosiv road and 5.5 km from the center of the town of Verkhovyna. The territory includes a house and 2 cottages (40 beds), a gazebo, a barbecue area, a children's playground, and a volleyball court. The nearest grocery store is 400 m away. Nearby there is the Cheremosh River and a sauna at the neighbors'.

Two-story house with 5 rooms (up to 15 beds). On the first floor - kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table), dining room (table with chairs, fireplace, TV), 2 bathrooms (one has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink; the other has a toilet, sink). On the second floor - 3 double rooms (each has a double bed or 2 single beds, a clothes hanger, one room has a balcony), 2 triple rooms (each has a double bed and a single bed or 3 single beds, a clothes hanger, one room has a balcony), bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink). Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
Single-story cottage for 3 persons. In the cottage - a triple room (double bed and single bed, TV), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Stove heating, cold water available constantly, hot water - 80 l boiler.
Two-story cottage with 6 rooms. On the first floor - a lounge with a sofa, 2 triple rooms (each has a double bed and a single bed, a clothes hanger; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), a quadruple room (double bed and 2 single beds, a clothes hanger; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink). On the second floor - 2 triple rooms (each has a double bed and a single bed, a clothes hanger; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink), a quadruple room (double bed and 2 single beds, a clothes hanger; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink). Each room has a separate entrance from the outside. Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
Room cleaning - as needed, bed linen and towels (1 per person) - changed once every 5 days.
Meals by arrangement, and you can also cook your own food in the kitchen.

There is an opportunity to use an iron and a hairdryer, a luggage storage room. A place for drying skis and clothes is provided. Pets are allowed. For an additional fee, you can use the washing machine. The hosts will offer guests excursions, hiking in the mountains, mushroom and berry picking, horseback riding, and fishing.

You can get to Verkhovyna by bus or minibus from Ivano-Frankivsk, get off in the center. Then - by taxi or minibus to the village of Mykulychyn. By car - along the Verkhovyna - Kosiv road, turn at the sign "Bereznytsia". Drive 700 m along the dirt road.
