Two-storey house "U Iryny" for 10-12 guests. Located in the city of Vynogradiv at Zakarpatska Street, 53 near the bus station. 2 km from the center, 35 km from the city of Berehove (thermal pools). The territory has a barbecue area and a gazebo. The house can be rented entirely if needed. Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly. The nearest cafe is 500 m away, and the store is 100 m away.

• On the first floor - a hall with a fireplace, a dining room (table with chairs, large refrigerator), equipped kitchen, two-room owners' apartment (one room has a double bed, wardrobe, the other has a sofa bed), bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
• On the second floor - a double room (sofa bed, wardrobe), 2 triple rooms (double and single bed or 3 single beds, wardrobe), bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink, personal hygiene products). Possibility of extra beds (inflatable mattresses).
• Owners' house (2 km away from the two-storey house). On the first floor - kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, necessary dishes, sink, dining table), double room (sofa bed), separate bathroom (bathtub, sink; separate toilet, sink). On the second floor - 2 double rooms (each with a sofa bed, dresser, balcony), bathroom (toilet, sink).
• Self-catering is possible in the owners' kitchen (gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, necessary dishes). Chess, checkers, balls.
• Room cleaning, towel change (1 per person) - as needed, bed linen change - once every 5 days.
• To the "Teplitsa" sanatorium and to the Tysa River (Chorna Hora) - 4 km, 2 km to the ruins of Kankiv Castle (14th century), 14 km to the "Zakarpatsky Sad" winery (wine and cognac tasting).
