The ski resort Vyshkiv is located in the village of Vyshkiv in the Dolyna district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, on the peaks of the Carpathian Mountains amidst gentle slopes and dense forests. The height of the resort is 930 meters above sea level, at the headwaters of the Mizun River valley near the main watershed ridge, 45 km from the district center and the railway station the city of Dolyna. Mount Cheremshyna is located close to the village of Vyshkiv, kindly providing tourists with high-quality ski slopes.

Untouched nature, rushing mountain rivers, and noisy waterfalls make this place a true paradise in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The Dolyna-Khust highway runs through the village, overcoming Vyshkiv Pass from the north and Torun Pass from the south. To the west, there is a road to the neighboring village - Senechiv (Semych). The village has been known in written sources since 1678. From Vyshkiv, it is convenient to go to Vyshkiv Horhans and Lake Synevyr (45 km) or take a hiking tour in the forest reserves. This type of recreation is highly popular both in winter and during the off-season. To the west, the route leads through the peaks of Chorna Ripa and Vysokyi Verh in the town of Slavske in Lviv region.

The village has several tourist bases and two ski lifts - one 350 meters long (height difference 150 m) on Mount Cheremshyna and the other 950 m (height difference 300 m) on Mount Zaloma. The slopes have an average difficulty level and are designed for beginners and intermediate skiers. The advantage of these places is the excellent width of the slopes, which allows avoiding queues and crowding of skiers. The turns on the descent are very convenient for fast and effective gliding.

The infrastructure of the Vyshkiv resort is well established, with parking, cafes for those wishing to snack, rest areas, and equipment rental available. This resort is popular among beginners due to the gentle slopes, so instructors are available, but it's better to bring your own equipment, as the local rental points may not offer a wide selection. Besides skiing, there are other leisure options. Among local entertainment are horseback riding, sledding, baths, and saunas. Additionally, you can join excursions and get acquainted with local attractions.

Tourist Complex "Vysokyi Pereval" is located at the foot of Mount Zaloma, where a ski lift operates in winter with an additional drop-off point in the middle and a capacity of 300 people per hour.

The 1 km long slope is designed for skiing enthusiasts, with a medium difficulty descent (red slope). The lower part of the mountain is quite flat (easy descent), which is good for learning to ski. You can ascend using the "buhgel". The upper part of the mountain is somewhat hilly. The length of the buhgel is 950 meters, with a height difference of 300 meters. Operating hours are from 10:00 to 18:00, and the cost is 20 UAH per ascent or 250 UAH for a whole day.

Near the lower station of the lift, there is a hut where you can enjoy hot dishes and drinks. A little below the upper station of the lift, on the other side of the mountain, there is a singing field, where there are often stalls with refreshments and sometimes musical accompaniment. The relatively long operating hours of the lift are ensured by lamps attached to the supports. Nearby, there is a small ski equipment rental point. However, it is easier to come with your own. There is an option to use the services of instructors (100 UAH per hour). Interestingly, you can reach the lift stations by horse-drawn sleds.

On Mount Cheremshyna, on the opposite side of the road from "Vysokyi Pereval", there is a small buhgel lift with an easy slope. Here, you can also learn to ski. This "buhgel" does not operate continuously - the owners turn it on as needed. The length of the buhgel is 300 meters (height difference 150 m). Near the lift, there is a small shop.

You can reach Vyshkiv by buses: Lviv-Khust, Lviv-Tiachiv, Kyiv-Khust, getting off in the village of Vyshkiv near the advertising sign of the "Vysokyi Pereval" base. Or by car: in the city of Dolyna, at the roundabout, turn towards Khust, and in the center of Vyshkiv, turn right at the sign of the base.
