Ozerna Mountain
Mount Ozerna (+1496 meters) rises above Lake Synevyr. The ascent begins in the village of Torun. Then there is an ascent along a serpentine road. At the top of the mountain, where there is only a fire, you can barely see the "eye" of the lake through the fir trees.
On the 27th kilometer of the route Synevyr Lake - Mount Vyshkivskyi Horhan - Lopushne village - Mount Ozerna - Synevyrska Polyana village, you can climb Mount Ozerna. A small elevation on the crest of the almost 3-kilometer ridge is located in its northern part. The western and eastern slopes of the mountain are very steep. The upper part of the mountain is stretched from north to south. The southern slope is gentle, with a height difference of only 80 meters over 2 kilometers. Two spurs with steeper slopes diverge from the end of the southern part of the ridge.
Almost the entire mountain is covered with coniferous forest. From some gaps in the mountain, you can see Lake Synevyr and the surrounding mountain ranges.
You can climb to the top from Lake Synevir or the village of Lopushne in Mizhhirya district.
