What you can see on the meadow
The Blazhiv meadow is located near the Malyi Horhan mountain. It is worth noting that although the Horhany are not very high, there are very steep and rocky slopes. Almost a thousand and a half meters behind us, and here we are in the meadow. Here you can throw away your heavy backpack and just enjoy the silence. If you come here in the summer, you can meet the shepherds who graze their cattle here and taste the local delicacy, brynza. There is a kolyba in the meadow where you can spend the night. There is also a small spring here. The mighty Dovbushanka mountain rises nearby. According to legend, Oleksa Dovbush hid his treasures here and hid from persecution.
How to get to the Blazhiv meadow in the Carpathians
The best way to get here is from Bukovel: there is a road leading to the meadow that smoothly turns into a trail.
