Hotel "Villa Vivat" (Resort Oryavchik - Tysovets)

The recreation base "Vivat" features 3 chalet-style wooden houses with comfortable "Lux" and "Standard" category rooms, a cozy territory, and beautiful nature (village Oryavchik, Pid Tysoyu St., 10-a). The hotel is located 25 km from the Skoled railway station and 1 km from the bus stop in the village of Oryavchik. Transfer is available for an additional fee. Everything necessary for a good rest is provided. Autonomous heating, hot and cold water is supplied around the clock. Guests can enjoy a quiet garden, an outdoor pool, all necessary for barbecuing, billiards, and karaoke.

The hotel can accommodate 32 guests at the same time. There are 13 rooms, including 11 semi-luxury and 2 standard rooms. The rooms are mainly decorated with wooden beams and equipped with household appliances (refrigerator, TV), each room has its own bathroom. The apartments are furnished with beautiful comfortable furniture.

• The first house consists of six double rooms of "Semi-Lux" type with TUD (toilet, sink, shower), a fireplace hall, kitchen, and dining room. Each room has a double bed and two extra beds, a TV, two nightstands, a table, two chairs, and a clothes hanger. Everything is made of natural wood.
• The second house consists of five double rooms with TUD (on the second floor, there are three double "semi-lux" rooms with balconies and TVs, two of which have an extra bed. On the first floor, there are two double "Standard" rooms with a shared toilet and shower. There is a common lounge with a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, and microwave on the first floor. Heating is electric from convectors. The temperature is regulated by controllers. The second building can be rented as a cottage for 6 people or as separate rooms.
• The third two-story house has two double rooms on the second floor. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms. On the first floor, there is a lounge with a TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, shower, and bathroom.

The "Vivat" base invites both adults and parents with children for treatment and relaxation. The holiday season lasts all year round. The "Vivat" base has a well-developed infrastructure, including: parking, kitchen, dining room, barbecue, children's playground, ski equipment rental, Russian bath, and mountain bikes.

Nutritious dishes of Ukrainian cuisine can be tasted in the cozy dining area of the "Villa Vivat" hotel. Packed lunch is available upon request. In warm weather, guests can relax on the sunny terrace while sipping their favorite drink from the bar.

Hotel amenities for relaxation include karaoke, darts, and a children's playground. Guests wishing to go on excursions can get information about local attractions from the staff at the 24-hour reception desk.

The nearest lift "Oryavchik" is 600m away (button lift, length - 350 m). To the "Zveniv" lift - 2.7 km (lift length - 960 m, children's multi-lift - 350 m). To the "Tysovets" lift on foot - 1.2 km, by car - 6 km (three button lifts 400-600 m, chairlift 1500 m long). To the "Plai" lift - 10.5 km (two four-seat chairlifts 1000 m long, button lift 400 m long). Transfer to the lifts and transfer from the Skoled railway station to the village of Oryavchik.
