Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - boiler in bathrooms for 60 l. There is a covered terrace near the house, and a barbecue in the yard.

The minimum rental period for the apartment is 2 days.

Wooden house No. 1 was built in 1933. In 2010, its reconstruction was completed. Wooden house No. 2 was built in 2013. The area of the homestead is 0.41 ha. Distance to: Foot of Mount Hoverla - 32 km, ski resort "Bukovel" - 12 km, village Yablunytsia - 8 km, town Vorokhta - 8 km, city Yaremche (center) - 20 km.
