Brenna is a village in Poland, located in Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship. It sits in the picturesque valley of the Brennica river, a right tributary of the Vistula, within the Silesian Beskids mountain range at an elevation of about 420 m above sea level. Brenna is the seat of the local gmina, which also includes Górki Wielkie and Górki Małe. The area is surrounded by mountain ridges such as Błatnia – Stołów – Trzy Kopce and borders towns like Skoczów, Bielsko-Biała, Szczyrk, Wisła, and Ustroń.

The first historical mention of Brenna dates back to 1490, when it was part of the Duchy of Teschen, a fief of the Kingdom of Bohemia, later under the Habsburg monarchy. In the 16th century, Wallachian shepherds arrived, boosting local pastoralism. From the mid-17th century until the end of World War I, the village belonged to the Teschener Kammer estate. After World War I, Brenna became part of Poland, and during World War II, it was annexed by Nazi Germany.

Brenna is known for its natural beauty, the traditions of mountain shepherds, and the scenic landscapes of the Silesian Beskids. The village preserves traces of traditional sheep farming and historical monuments, such as the 18th-century Saint John Church with its 1789 rectory. Brenna is inhabited by a subgroup of Silesian Gorals, who maintain their local culture and dialect.

Visitors can enjoy numerous hiking trails, including Mikuszowice Krakowskie – Malinowska Skała, the Main Beskid Trail, and Równica – Trzy Kopce Wiślańskie. Mountain enthusiasts can climb peaks like Klimczok, Skrzyczne, or Wielka Czantoria. Nearby are shelters such as PTTK on Błatnia, Klimczok Shelter, and Skrzyczne Shelter. Sights include the Rodło Cascades on Biała Wisełka, the Beskid Museum in Wisła, and the craft brewery "Wisła" at Wisła station. For relaxation, the Ustroń spa offers saline pools and mud treatments.
