Chalet "SpitzBergen house" is located on the slope of a mountain in a small quiet Carpathian village of Oryavchyk. A feature of the chalet is a large terrace that offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains. The house has a spacious living-kitchen area with access to the terrace. For music lovers, there is an opportunity to enjoy high-quality sound of your favorite music using an acoustic system with an amplifier, CD player, and Bluetooth receiver for your smartphone. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for convenient cooking: a kettle, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and a set of dishes. The cozy bedroom is located in the loft. Heating is provided by an air heat pump Cooper-Khantor, and hot water is supplied by an electric boiler. There is an option for outdoor cooking – a grill, barbecue (cost of use to be clarified). Around the chalet "SpitzBergen house" there are forest paths where you can take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the surrounding Carpathian nature. In the village, there is a small shop with all the essentials, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The famous "Plai" complex, where you can ski in winter and relax by the outdoor pool and lounge area in summer, is located 15 minutes (10 km) by car. Also, the ski complex Lanok is 3 km away. Nearby is the unique historical and architectural monument, the rock fortress "Tustan", which can be visited on an excursion. There is also a beautiful waterfall on the Kam'yanka River nearby. By prior arrangement, paid transfer services may be provided.
