Якщо ви любите добре поснідати, похід на природу - це не причина харчуватися тільки консервами. Цілком можливо приготувати смачний сніданок на решітці для гриля або навіть в грані, і ось 16 простих рецептів, як це зробити.

If you don't agree to have instant noodles or heated canned food for breakfast in nature, you can quickly and easily prepare a nearly familiar breakfast. For some dishes, you will need a pot, a frying pan, and a grill rack; others can be made even in a paper bag or a freezer bag. Here are 16 recipes for a delicious breakfast in hiking conditions.

1. Blueberry Pie in Foil.

For this pie, you will need eggs, milk, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, blueberries, regular white bread, and foil. You can mix the eggs, milk, sour cream, sugar, and cinnamon in advance and transport them in a sealed food container.

Once in nature, finely chop the bread into a bowl with the mixture and add the blueberries. Wait until the bread is well soaked, and distribute the mixture into portions. Bake each portion separately in several layers of foil.

It’s best to bake the pie on a grill over the fire for 25-30 minutes. After cooking, it can be served directly in the foil.

2. Small Sausage and Egg Hamburgers.

For this dish, you will need a special frying pan for biscuits, which can be purchased on Amazon. First, prepare cheese buns from separate ingredients.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, dry milk, sugar, and butter in a bowl and take this mixture with you in a food container.

In the morning, grease the molds with butter, add grated cheese to the mixture, and place the dough into each mold of the frying pan. Dilute the dough in each mold by adding 50 grams of water, and fry the buns.

Next, in the biscuit frying pan, prepare scrambled eggs and fry slices of sausage or cut sausages.

After that, all the ingredients are assembled into one large and tasty hamburger.

3. Blueberry-Orange Muffins.

To prepare hiking muffins, you will need oranges (one orange - one muffin), dough, and foil. Prepare the dough for blueberry muffins or other components at home and take it with you in a food container.

Cut the orange in half and scoop out its pulp with a spoon. Place the muffin dough inside, cover the orange with the other half of the peel, and wrap it in three layers of foil.

Bake the muffins in the fire, turning them occasionally, for about 10 minutes. When the ball in the foil becomes firm inside, it can be taken out.

4. Scrambled Eggs in a Bag.

You can prepare scrambled eggs with bacon in a regular paper bag. First, cut the bacon into slices and lay them at the bottom of the bag. On top of the bacon, crack an egg.

Hold it over the fire until the egg is fried. You can eat directly from the bag, but be sure to place the bag on a plate so that the bacon grease doesn’t stain your clothes.

5. Casserole with Sausages.

As in previous recipes, the dough can be prepared at home and taken with you. Mix flour and corn flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder, then add milk, eggs, and butter.

On the grill rack in a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the sausages. Place them on a separate plate and pour the casserole mixture into the frying pan. When it browns to a golden crust, place the fried sausages on top.

6. Healthy Breakfast with Vegetables.

On several layers of foil, place sausages or pieces of bacon, then diced potatoes and tomatoes. Crack an egg on top and sprinkle with green onions.

Wrap in foil and bake over the fire on the grill rack. When the dish is ready, open the foil and sprinkle it with grated cheese.

Wait a few more minutes for the cheese to melt, and the healthy breakfast is ready.

7. Beer Pancakes.

If you have a frying pan, you can make pancakes with beer in the morning. In the regular pancake batter (300-400 grams of flour, two eggs, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, sugar, and salt), instead of water, add 0.5 liters of dark beer. You can use any dark beer.

8. Cinnamon Biscuit on a Stick.

Make or buy biscuit dough at home and bring it with you. Find a sturdy and small stick, clean it, and wrap the sweet dough around it.

Wrap it so that the layers of dough do not overlap, otherwise, the biscuit will not bake properly. Cook over the fire until the dough is browned, then sprinkle the finished biscuit with sugar and cinnamon.

9. Stew in a Frying Pan.

Chop bacon, onion, baked potatoes, and orange pepper. Fry in a frying pan on the grill rack.

10. Sandwich over the Fire.

To prepare it, you will need a special small sandwich mold, like in the photo. It’s simple: place bread on the frying pan, crack an egg on top, slice a sausage, and grate cheese.

Close the filling with another slice of bread and drizzle with mayonnaise. After that, the sandwich is baked in the metal mold over the fire.

11. Bacon over the Fire.

To ensure the bacon is evenly fried and crispy, it needs to be threaded onto a skewer in a special way. Thin slices of bacon are threaded in a wave-like manner so that the layers do not touch each other.

12. Omelet in a Freezer Bag.

For this dish, you will need a freezer bag and a pot or kettle. Crack two eggs into the bag, seal it, and shake it well until the yolk and white are mixed.

After that, add other ingredients you want in the omelet, such as bacon, sausages, sausage, green bell pepper, green onions, or anything else.

Remove the air from the bag and seal it, submerge it in a pot of boiling water, and cook for about 12 minutes. After that, just plate the finished omelet.

13. Scrambled Eggs in an Orange.

This recipe is similar to the biscuit in an orange, but instead of dough, eggs are used here. Simply scoop out the pulp of the orange, crack two eggs into it, wrap it in foil, and cook over the fire for 10 minutes. Don’t forget to turn the balls in the foil occasionally to prevent burning.

14. Quick Oatmeal.

Mix dry oatmeal with chopped nuts and dried fruits and take this dry mixture with you in a sealed container.

In the morning, you just need to pour water over it, cook it in a hiking pot, and add chopped fresh fruits, such as apples or apricots.

15. Apple and Raisin Pie.

You will need a biscuit base, brown sugar, cinnamon, one large apple, and raisins. Place the biscuit base in a shallow pot so that you get layers about 10 cm in diameter.

Sprinkle this biscuit layer with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, then layer the apples thinly (8-10 very thin slices) and raisins on top. Cover with a second biscuit layer, seal the edges so the filling doesn’t fall out, and place it in a container.

In nature, bake the pie in a greased frying pan over coals until golden brown. Turn it every two minutes.

16. Omelet with Biscuits.

For this breakfast, you will need a frying pan with a lid. In the frying pan, you will cook an omelet with eggs, onions, and bell peppers, while on its closed lid, you will toast biscuit buns. It turns out quick and delicious.
