The one-story cottage "Yalivets" has 5 rooms (14 places) and is located in the village of Kolochava, 1 km from the village center, 50 m from the Mizhhirya – Kolochava highway, and 16 km to the nearest ski lift. The windows offer a view of the garden. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The village of Izki is located 47 km from the accommodation, and Lake Synevyr is 40 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Nearby, there is a Carpathian bath (150 m). The hosts live separately. There is a terrace and a barbecue in the yard. The nearest café is 300 m away, and there is a shop nearby.

The house features a hall with a dining table, a kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, dishes, table with chairs, TV, sofa bed), a living room (sofa bed and armchair, TV), 3 double rooms (each with a double bed or 2 single beds, dresser), a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine), 2 family rooms (each with 4 single beds or a double bed and 2 single beds, clothes rack, dresser), and a separate bathroom (shower, sink, separate toilet, sink).
The house is heated by electric convectors, with cold and hot water available continuously, and uninterrupted power supply.
Meals are available upon request. Guests can cook their own meals in the kitchen.
The hosts offer guests apitherapy (sleeping on beehives).
Luggage storage. Use of washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Use of barbecue (+firewood).
A place for drying skis and clothes.
Room cleaning is done as needed, with bed linen and towels (2 per person) changed once every 3 days.

Hiking in the mountains, mushroom and berry picking, horseback riding, fishing. Excursions are available upon request. The nearest ski lift is 16 km away.

In the summer, the bath costs 500 UAH for 3-4 hours, during the New Year and Christmas period - 700-800 UAH for 3-4 hours.

You can reach the location by trains heading to Uzhhorod to the station Volochiv, then by bus to the village of Kolochava. Alternatively, take a bus from Lviv–Khust, Lviv–Tyachiv, Kyiv–Khust to the town of Mizhhirya, then take a bus to the village of Kolochava. By car, take the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway (M-06), turn at the village of Nyzhni Vorota towards Volovec, and head towards Mizhhirya. In Mizhhirya, turn towards the sign "Kolochava" and drive along the main road to the center of the village of Kolochava.
