The territory has a spring, gazebo, barbecue, swing. The nearest cafe is 3 km away, and the store is 1 km away. The closest ski lifts are in Plav'ya (up to 3 km), Slavske, Tyshovets, and Oryavchyk.

• On the first floor - kitchen (cooking stove, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table), 2 adjoining rooms (one has a double bed, wardrobe; the other has a folding sofa and armchair, wardrobe, TV), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). On the second floor - 2 triple rooms (each has 2 folding sofas, wardrobe or clothes rack, TV);
• bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
• Heating: stove and electric convectors. Water supply: cold (spring) water constantly, hot - 2 boilers of 100 l each.
• You can cook your own meals in the kitchen.
• Room cleaning and towel change (1 per person) - as needed, bed linen change - once every 5 days.
• Sauna - by arrangement.
